Evelyn C. Snyder

On May 19, 2012, Evelyn C. "Pudgie" Snyder of Glen Burnie passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 76. Devoted wife of 57 years to William T. Snyder; Beloved mother of Vickie Campbell and Billy Snyder; Caring sister of June "Nookie" Longhorn; Cherished grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 2. She was predeceased by her parents Oliver and Melba Byrd, her siblings Billy Byrd and Debbie Hardesty and one grandchild. Evelyn worked as a secretary before becoming a home maker. She loved being a wife and mother. She was very talented at crafts and for 10 years had "Evelyn?s Lacy Bears" at Sun Fest in Ocean City. She enjoyed crafting, baking and cooking. She also loved spoiling her dogs Bossy, Holly and Marco. Evelyn will be remembered as a beautiful and giving lady.
