Florence Agnes Wright

Born Florence Agnes Bennett in Maryland on October 1, 1943 to the late Eugene and Lydia Bennett (nee Tolson) she lived in South Baltimore for most of her life before moving to Glen Burnie 19 years ago. A member of Foundery of Baltimore Church (formerly Riverside Baptist Church where she was an active member, participated in many of the churches ministries. During her working life she did clerical work in the banking industry. In her spare time Florence enjoyed reading, travel, various crafts and gardening.  Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband William Cyrus Wright, daughter Debra Ann Wright of Glen Burnie, son William Scott Wright of Essex as well as sisters Shirley Holly and Margie Anderson of S. Baltimore and Jean Lacey of Glen Burnie. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  She passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family.
