Frances "Jenny" V. Mosca, a resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on June 1, 2015. Jenny was born in Baltimore, Maryland June 22, 1948 to the late Otis C. and Gertrude (Taylor) Dugger. She was a Line worker for Medo Industries and lived in Baltimore all of her life until moving to Glen Burnie 4 years ago. Jenny enjoyed playing cards and trips to the Casino but her favorite moments were those spent with her family. She leaves behind her husband of 50 years, Melvin Mosca of Glen Burnie; daughters, Mary F. Egger and her husband David of Glen Burnie, Karen Lynn Shifflett and her husband Dean also of Glen Burnie; brothers and sisters, Robert Dugger, Danny Dugger, Ricky Dugger, William Dugger, Michael Dugger, Lester Dugger, Mildred Benton, Vanna Vankirk, Marlene Kells, all of Baltimore; grandchildren, Ashley Roe, Dean E. Shifflett, Jr., David P. Egger, Jr. and Jacob T. Egger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Dugger. Friends and family may call at the family owned, Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home on Thursday June 4, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral service to be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 5th at 10:30 A.M. Interment in Glen Haven Memorial Park to follow service.
