Chilcoat, Francis J., died in Berkley Springs, WV on December 4, 2013. Born in Baltimore to the late Melvin Van Buren and Bertha Adelle (nee: Cunningham) Chilcoat. Francis enjoyed singing, softball, bowling and his gardening. He is survived by his son, Kevin D. Chilcoat of Taneytown; daughters, Linda R. Miller of WV, Anita C. Henderson of WV; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Chilcoat is recently preceded in death by his wife, Frieda A. (nee: Brummet) Chilcoat.
