Grace Elizabeth "Betty" Brice

Grace Elizabeth "Betty" Brice was born on Tuesday, January 10, 1933 in Baltimore, Maryland to Webster Ford and Mildred (Bafford) Elliott. Betty earned her Masters Degree and was a school teacher for over 30 years. She mostly taught in elementary schools, 3rd and 4th grade in Anne Arundel County. Betty was an ex military wife that also enjoyed reading, playing cards and bowling. She was a 10 pin bowler for many years that shared her love of bowling with her family. It wasn't unusual to be spending time at the bowling alley around Christmas for a party; everyone in the family bowls because of her. She absolutely loved her family, spending time with them, vacationing and traveling, especially with her grandchildren.

Betty is preceded by her parents; former husband, Donald Arthur Lloyd Brice; and her siblings, Mervin Elliott, Nelson Elliott, Clifton Elliott and Eunice Hope. She is survived by her children, Brian "Dale" Brice (Jan) of Windsor Mill, David Nelson Brice, Sr. (Kathy) of Selbyville, DE and Kevin Douglas Brice (Barbara) of Glen Burnie.

Family and friends will visit at the KIRKLEY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Monday, August 9, 2021, 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm. Funeral services, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, 11 am at the funeral home. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
