Hazel V. Harman

On April 21, 2012, Hazel V. Harman passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 79. Born in Virginia, Hazel lived in Glen Burnie for 25 years and in Gambrills and Annapolis prior to that. Loving wife of the late Robert Harman; Beloved mother of Margaret Sears and her husband James "Little Bit" of Glen Burnie, Lillian Sears and her husband Eddie "Big Boy" of Odenton, Alice Wright of Florida, John Wright Jr. and his wife Belinda of Texas and Edward Wright and his wife Fran of Baltimore; Caring sister of Clarence Johns of Glen Burnie and James Johns of Florida; Cherished grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 16. She was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Virginia Johns, four brothers and three grandchildren. Hazel is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Hazel worked in the food service industry and her most recent employer was Westinghouse. She was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church and the Monacan Indian Nation. Hazel enjoyed crocheting and bowling, but most especially she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
