Helen Marie Clapp, née Deetz, 82, former Glen Burnie resident, passed away on March 24, 2026, peacefully at UPMC Memorial in York, Pennsylvania. She moved to Pennsylvania in 2003, where she quickly became an active and cherished member of her new community. She was a faithful member of the Church of God in Stewartstown, Pa., a regular at the Stewartstown Senior Center, and a dedicated member of the American Legion. Helen embraced adventure through travel, enjoying cruises and land trips to destinations such as Alaska, England, Scotland, Ireland, and Bermuda. She is survived by a loving family and many friends who will remember her warmth, her strength, and her enduring zest for life.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents, Irvin Romaine Deetz and Helen Mae (Rhodes) Deetz; and her husbands, William C. Conrad, and Richard A.
