Helen Juanita Johnson
June 17, 1926 — March 2, 2015
Helen Juanita Johnson, a resident of Glen Burnie for 69 years, passed away on March, 2, 2015. Born in Waynesburg, PA to the late James P. and Cara (Poland) Whitlatch. Helen was a clerk at the MVA for 25 years and a member of T.O.P.S. -Take off Pounds Sensibly. In her earlier years, she was a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader. She enjoyed painting, crafting, sewing, word puzzles and traveling. She was fortunate to have seen every state. Helen is survived by her son, James R. Johnson of Essex; daughter, Sandra Powers of Bonita, CA; sister, Allene Roberts of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Paul Johnson, Glen Johnson, Rachel Powers and 3 great grandchildren.
