Helen C Rager

Helen Rager, 65, sadly passed away on Thursday, June 27th surrounded by her dear family at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Helen, born on April 18th, 1959 to Eulogio B. and Angelina Pajaro Ciocon, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. After graduating high school, she continued her education at Notre Dame Dadiangas College and got a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1996, she met Roy and the two were inseparable since then. Helen and Roy were wonderfully married for 28 years and Proudly raised a son, Marco. Helen was a devoted catholic who worked hard for the family she loved dearly. She was a very generous and giving person who valued everyone in her life. After coming to America, she would still find a way to provide back to her family in the Philippines. Helen was a very positive person and was always there for anyone who needed her help. It was a virtue of hers to keep herself busy and to give what she could, especially to her family, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by Helen's absence is impossible to fill and her entire family will greatly miss her daily presence in their life.

Helen is preceded by her parents, Eulogio B. Ciocon and Angelina Ciocon, Jessie (brother), and her baby sister Janice. She is survived by her husband Roy, her son, Marco, and her siblings Elizabeth, Jimmy, Joan, Juvy, Marivit, Christopher, Alberto, Emmanuel, Marites, and Carmela.

Families and friends are welcome to donate flowers and visit her at KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Monday, July 8th, 10 am - 12 pm. The funeral will be held promptly at noon. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
