James Cornell Bartlett, Iii

James Cornell Bartlett, III was born on December 7, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late James Cornell Bartlett, Jr. and Blanche Estelle Durken Bartlett. He grew up in Baltimore and was a resident of Millersville for over 40 years. He proudly served in the Navy during the 70's. Jim was a Legal Analyst with the federal office of personnel management during his working life. He enjoyed reading, was a fan of all types of music; he was a member of the Del Shannon Fan Club; and he enjoyed time spent with family and friends.  He had a group of lifetime friends from their days at St. Alphonsus Elementary School in Baltimore. In addition  to his parents, Mr. Bartlett is preceded by a sister Jacqueline Bartlett. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Suzanne M. Shifflett Bartlett, son James C. Bartlett IV of Odenton, stepchildren Kira Caban of Laurel, Michael Kiessling of Burlington, VT and Laura Boling of Forest Hill, MD as well as 7 grandchildren.
