James Grantham Dick, Jr.

James Grantham Dick, Jr. was born in Baltimore, MD on March 29, 1936 to the late James and Blanche Dick. James proudly served in the Untied States Army. James worked for Nevermar Paper Plant for almost forty years as a plant manager. He was an active member of Trinity Methodist Church in Odenton, MD until he moved to Federalsburg, MD roughly four years ago. James was a devoted husband, loving father of four daughters, caring grandfather, great grandfather and great-great grandfather. He loved to play the slot machines and enjoyed playing poker. He also liked to take walks, go fishing and camping.

James G. Dick, Jr. passed away peacefully with his family by his side in Federalsburg, MD on February 22, 2020. In addition to his parents, James was also preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Dick. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Cindy Wallace, Sharon Hauk, Helen Erich and Barbara Dick, siblings Kenneth Dick, George Dick, Nancy Gulley, and Jean McIntash, 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.
