James Arthur Livingston, Jr.

James Arthur Livingston. Jr. passed away on December 19, 2015.  Born in Gap, Pennsylvania to the late James Arthur Livingston, Sr. and the late Violet (Rogers) Livingston on September 13, 1935.  James served his country with the Army from 1958 until he retired in 1992 and was a member of the VFW.  He worked in the trucking industry and also worked for 9 years with Anne Arundel County Parks and Recs.  James enjoyed watching baseball especially the O’s, socializing, trains, lighthouses, fishing and camping.  He is survived by his wife, Cleta Irene (Pullin) Livingston of San Angelo, TX; son, James A. Livingston of Denver, PA; daughters, Judith Livingston Rochelle of TN, Jeranna Cowger of VA, Judie Mashell “Shellie” Shaffer of Grasonville, MD; sister, Emma Griest of West Grove, PA; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, P.A. on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 9:30-11:30 A.M. Funeral Service to be held at 11:30 A.M.  Interment in Crownsville MD Veterans Cemetery to follow service.
