James W. Lockerman, Jr. was born September 20, 1946 to Hessie D. Lockerman and the late James Walter Lockerman, Sr. Mr. Lockerman was a resident of Glen Burnie and retired after working many years for the federal government. In his free time he enjoyed antiquing.

He was preceded in death by his sister Carolyn Ann Lockerman and his father James Lockerman, Sr. Left to cherish his memory is his partner of 47 years Victor Workman,his mother Hessie Lockerman, his sister Margaret Warren and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lockerman passed away May 1, 2019 at Genesis Healthcare, Hammonds Lane Center.
