James Cecil Parker

James Cecil Parker was born April 1, 1937 in Washington, D.C. to the late Needam Cecil and Helen Molner Parker.  Mr. Parker was a resident of Elkridge and in his spare time an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting and target practice. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are children James Parker, Jr. and wife Edith of Burtonsville, MD, Ginger Kelley and husband Patrick of Glen Burnie,MD, Jennifer Perez and husband Timothy of Columbia, MD, grandchildren Chris, Erica, Timmy, Rachel, Hannah, Jimmy, III, and great-grandchildren Krystal, Carson and Cameron.

Mr. Parker passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 1, 2017 after battling a lengthy illness.
