James William Phelps

Mr. James William Phelps was born in Baltimore, MD on October 4, 1940 to the late William James Phelps and Late Myrtle May (nee Delker) Phelps. After serving in the United States Air Force, Mr. James Phelps was a Supervisor in the sheet metal department of Westinghouse. He cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr. James William Phelps passed away at home surrounded by his family on Monday, April 22, 2019. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sons David and Jeffrey Phelps. He leaves behind his loving wife Eva Phelps, daughter Susan Frech and her husband Matthew, grandchildren Amber Cooper and her husband Jeff, David Shives, Jr., Kelsie Benner, and Christina Shives and his great-grandchildren Brayden Cooper, Hannah Cooper, Ashlynn Cooper, Brynn Cooper, and Harper Propst. Mr. James Phelps will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
