James Roland Wood
August 10, 1919 — February 23, 2014
James Roland Wood passed away in Virginia in February 23, 2014. On August 10, 1919 he was born in Elvaton, Maryland to the late John C. and Mary E. Wood (Nee Martin). James' first love was gardening but he enjoyed fishing and making birdhouses and clocks with his carpentry skills. Mr. Wood is survived by his daughter Cheryl Wood-Kemp;sister "Lou" Bohle; 1 grandchild and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife Doris Wood (Nee Adams).
