Mrs. Jane M. Frampton passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on January 4, 2021. Jane was preceded in death by her son Edmund Lee Shaffer. She leaves behind her husband Fred L. Frampton, Sr. of Glen Burnie, son Fred L. Frampton, Jr. of Glen Burnie, daughter Helen Baker of Glen Burnie, brother James Davis of Pennsylvania, sister Sarah Moore of Glen Burnie and five grandchildren.
All services will be private.
