Jane B. McNeel, a resident of Linthicum, passed away on September 21, 2016. Born in Maryland to the late William and Kathryn (nee Weglein) Birx. Jane worked for Anne Arundel County Public Schools for over 30 years until she retired as a Principal. She was very active in her church, Vacation Bible School and Youth with Christ. In her pastime, Jane liked reading, gardening, playing the piano or the organ, shopping and she was a huge Navy Football Supporter. Jane is survived by her daughter, Cindy Jacoby and her husband, Donald of Linthicum and grandson, Joshua R. Jacoby of Glen Burnie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Richard McNeel and brother, Bill Birx.

Friends and Family may call at the family owned, Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, P.A. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 28th 11:00 A.M. Interment will be private.
