Jimmy Edward Lambert was born February 10, 1935 in Circleville, WV and he has lived in Linthicum for the past 30 years. Mr. Lambert proudly served in the Marine Corp from 1954-57 and rose to the rank of sergeant. During his working life he worked in engineering for Westinghouse in Linthicum. An outdoorsman, Jimmy enjoyed hunting, fishing, taking power walks and he was able to identify any of the wildlife he saw. He was also an avid reader and a lover of history. But the center of his life was always family and he treasured the time spent with them. In addition to his parents he is preceded by brothers Sam, Phil and Terry Bennett. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Donna Lambert, daughters Karen Hobbs of Severn and Dianne Kreger of Centreville, brothers David Lambert, Bill and Steve Bennett, sister Judy Thompson and grandchildren Megan, Nick, Tony and Leeanne Hobbs. The family will celebrate Jimmy’s life privately.
