Joan F. Dring passed away on October 6, 2014. Born in Baltimore to the late Nicholas and Gertrude (Hartsilk) O'Brender. Joan is survived by her husband, Robert Dring of Columbia; sons, Roland Thompson of California, Larry Thompson of Towson, Gary Thompson of Glen Burnie; daughter, Donna Robelo of California and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 2 sons, Jerry Thompson and Danny Thompson.
