Joan C. Frye

Born Joan C. Pedersen in Baltimore on Dec. 7, 1938 to Richard and Margarite Pedersen (nee Shephard). A resident of Dagsboro, DE for the past 14 Years after living in Glen Burnie for many years prior to that. She retired as an electronics assembly worker for Western Electric (AT&T). Joan was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post in Dagsboro as well as a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.. in her spare time she enjoyed Playing the slots, Travel, Bingo and listening to country music. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Russell M. Frye, Jr. of Daggsboro, DE and her children Russell M. Frye, 3rd of Laurel, Douglas Frye of Glen Burnie, Richard Frye of Pasadena, Kathleen Verrette and Joan Frye of Pasadena. She is also survived by sister Nancy Lewandowski of Abingdon, and brothers Michael and Richard Pedersen of Baltimore as well as 14 loving grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
