Jose Luis Rubio-Turcios was born on Tuesday, July 22, 1980 in El Salvador to Miguel and Maria (Rubio) Turcios. Jose moved to the United States in 1993 and was a supervisor for a construction company.
Jose is survived by his wife, Gusmila M. Arevalo; his children, Iker Arevalo, Jasmine Arevalo, Brian Arevalo, Melvin Arevalo; and his siblings, Misael Turcios, Mayra Martinez, Ana Turcios, Maria Turcios and Tony Turcios.
Family and friends may visit the KIRKLEY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 5-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 10 AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Interment Gates of Heaven Cemetery.
