Joseph C. Marshall, Jr.

Mr. Joseph C. Marshall was born on August 5, 1944 in Michigan to the late Mr. Joseph C. Marshall, Sr. and the late Mrs. Dorothy (Newton) Marshall. Joseph worked as a police officer after he retired from the Army. He was a gun collector. Mr. Marshall enjoyed taking trips to Thailand with his wife Pitsamai (Hughes) Marshall. Joseph took great joy in helping others. But mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Marshall passed away peacefully at Morningside House of Ellicott City. He will be missed by all who knew him.
