Joseph Neglia

Joseph Neglia was born on January 14, 1951 in California to the late Anthony P. and Mary DeAngelo Neglia and has been a resident of Anne Arundel County for over 50 years. A graduate of San Diego State University, he proudly served in the Army from 1970 to 1976.  Following his time in the service he began a career with the NSA. Joe enjoyed fishing, he was an avid reader and an excellent writer.  Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Peggy Trumpler Neglia of Millersville, his son Anthony Peter Neglia and brother Nicholas Neglia , both of California.  Mr. Neglia passed away peacefully after a struggle of many years with Parkinson’s Disease.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
