Born Joyce Yvonne Tormollan on February 14, 1937 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles Mason Arnold Tormollan and Jean Virginia Bafford Tormollan. A resident of Glen Burnie for 59 years she worked for Mike's Pizza in Arbutus for over 50 years. Joyce was a member of the Women of the Moose who loved music, singing and dancing and caring for her dogs Samantha and Buster. A kind and gentle soul who saw the good in everyone; the joy of her life was caring for family and friends and she treasured time spent with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents Joyce is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years John Wilson Harbin who passed away in 1999, brother Ronald Tormollan and sister Carol Lee Wells. She is survived by her children Linda Joyce Hoover Smith and her husband Alexander of Somerset, PA, Judy Ellen Citroni and her husband Armand of Linthicum, John Walter Harbin and his wife Donna and Robert Earl Harbin, both of Glen Burnie. She is also survived by brother Mason Tormollan of Catonsville , sister Rosalie Moster of Suffolk, VA as well as 7 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Joyce passed away peacefully on February 18 at the Rebecca Fortney Inpatient Care Center of Hospice of the Chesapeake surrounded by her loving family. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
