Kathi Rice

Born Kathleen Bowman on  August 31, 1956 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Vernon & Mary Bowman (nee Kaiser) and a longtime resident of Glen Burnie and Lansdowne. Kathi was the co-owner of WE Seal during her working life. She loved spending time at the beach, crafts, anything Hallmark, casino trips and cruises. In addition to her parents, Kathi is preceded in death by her brother Ronald Bowman. Left to cherish her memory are sons Brandon Rice (Michele) of Orlando, FL, Christopher Rice (Stacey) of Davidsonville, brothers William and Terry Bowman of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and sisters Cheryl Milsap of Stevensville and Ginny Shipley of Westminster. She is also survived by grandchildren Austin, Andrew, Hannah, Jackson and Ella Rice.
