Kelly D. Chubb passed away on September 8, 2014. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to Dewey Leich Chubb and Deborah Mae (Johnson) Chubb. Kelly was a swimmer in the Special Olympics and was an artist who liked painting with water colors. She enjoyed Beadworks, Elvis and making jewelry. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her step-father, Mark Bell; grandmothers, Patricia Chubb of Baltimore, Joan Bell of Baltimore; brothers, Leonard Chubb of Parkville, Buddy Chubb of Glen Burnie; sisters, Wendy Monroe of Halethorpe, Penny Schneider of Essex; uncle, Mike Bell; great uncle, Charles Franklin Myers; great aunt, Wilma Myers of St. Mary's County and many nieces and nephews.
