Kennedy Layne Tomer was born June 27, 2022 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center to John Tomer and Heather Slavy. Her family said she loved anything her brothers loved. Left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents are brothers Carter and Jaxon Tomer and sister Madison Tomer, grandparents Sandra and John Tomer and Debbie and Tim Mulford. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Jeffery Slavy.
