Born April 1, 1961 in Baltimore, MD to LouEllen Gallagher (nee Burkan) of Glen Burnie and the late Joseph W. Burkman. Kevin worked as a warehouseman in the Food Service Industry. An avid Orioles and Ravens Fan, he enjoyed trips to Ocean City, Music and animals. His family desbribed him as someone who could make others laugh. In addition to his father he is preceeded in death by his brother Donald Gallagher. Kevin is survived by his sister Delia Irwin and her family of Severna Park.
