Kimberly Ann Spinks passed away on December 31, 2012. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Charles E. Spinks and the late Shirley Spinks (nee Dieter). She enjoyed gardening, cooking, cooking and spending time with her family. Kimberly is survived by her father; Charles E. Spinks of Glen Burnie, daughters; Courtney J. Ralph of Glen Burnie and Jenni J. Ralph of Iowa, Brother; Charles R. Spinks of New Oxford, PA, sister; Shirley P. Martin of Hampstead, aunt; Cheryl Spinks-Knowles and dear friend; Laura Bodner.
