Krysten Marie Clawson

Krysten Marie Clawson, 23, of Glen Burnie, MD entered into the presence of Our Lord Jesus on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She was born May 18, 1990 to the marriage of Elizabeth (Betsy) Marie Sauer and Gary William Hanneken in Baltimore, MD. She was born again on July 8, 2012 when she was baptized with her surviving husband, Patrick Clawson. Krysten and Patrick were married on June 1, 2013 at Restoration Covenant Church in Millersville, MD. Their families rejoiced and celebrated their loving union in Williamsport, MD at The Barn at Springfield Farm on August 31, 2013. Their marriage was an example of pure, selfless devotion and love. Krysten loved her Savior, Jesus, above all and clings even still to His promises of eternal salvation for those who follow Him. She also loved her dogs (Orson and Daisy) and all animals, art, poetry, the beach and scrapbooking. She was employed at Huffard Animal Hospital in Glen Burnie, MD and made friends everywhere she went. She is greatly loved by her surviving step-parents, Cathy Hanneken and James Rapp; as well as her siblings, Justin and Karena Hanneken, of FL; Matthew and Krissy Hanneken, of MD; and her three beloved nephews and five adoring nieces. In marriage, Krysten was welcomed and survived by Patrick's parents, Joe Clawson, Jr. and Marianne Clawson; as well as by his siblings, Laura and Dustin (Clawson) Kemplin. Krysten is also loved by her life long friend Mekayla Warmbrodt. A celebration of Krysten's life is being held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at: Faith Baptist Church, 7378 E. Furnace Branch Road, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Potluck lunch to be shared afterward at the church.
