Lisa J. Rowell

On July 17, 2009, Lisa Jean Rowell passed away from natural causes at the age of 38.  Born in Missouri to Berton and Imogene Brooks. Beloved wife of 19 years to Phillip Rowell, devoted mother of Aaron C. Rowell and loving sister of Kevin R. Brooks and his wife Emmalee. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.  Lisa has lived in San Antonio, Texas and also lived in Germany for three years.  She most recently moved to Maryland in 2005 and lived in the Ft. Meade area.  Lisa worked as a federal employee for 16 years.
