Maria Martinez

Maria De La Cruz "Crucita" Martinez-Robles was born October 26, 1927 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to the late Buena Ventura and Margarita Robles and lived there until she moved to Severn in October of 2017. She was a homemaker who enjoyed doing needlework, taking walks, cooking and was active in her church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Carlos R. Gallardo. Mrs. Martinez is survived by her son Carlos Gallardo of Whitemarsh, daughter Mildred Cintron of Puerto Rico, sister Lydia Santiago of Severn as well as 2 grandchildren.  She passed away peacefully at Baltimore Washington Medical Center surrounded by her family on October 5, 2018
