On November 30, 2009, Maria Elena Rupert (nee Celeda) of Lothian passed away. Devoted wife of Bryan A. Rupert for 19 years and beloved mother of Erika and Jason Rupert. Maria is survived by many loving family members and friends. Born on April 17, 1967 in the Philippines, Maria lived in Lothian, Maryland, for many years and worked in the child care field. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
