Marven Lee Kinnard

Marven Lee Kinnard, 77, Glen Burnie resident since 1973, died peacefully on November 2, 2013. He was born October 11, 1936 to the late Charles William and Catherine (Newell) Kinniard in Madison County, Union, Ohio. He was preceded in death by several siblings and a step-daughter Lizzie Collins. He was a Lieutenant with the Baltimore City Fire Department until he retired. Marven loved gardening, traveling/vacationing, eating and gambling. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy E. (Blanchard) Kinnard of Glen Burnie. His two sons, Marven Kinnard, Jr. of Pasadena, Charles Kinnard of Glen Burnie; a daughter, Laura Reed of Baltimore; Step-children, Elmer Gosnell of Glen Burnie, Dottie Maurice of Catonsville, Cathy Bradel of Annapolis, Janice Silver of Randallstown and Ron Gosnell of Glen Burnie; two brother, Jimmy Kinniard of Ocean Pines, Johnny Kinniard of Delaware; two sisters, Irma Zochok of Brooklyn Park and June Kinniard of Baltimore; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
