Mary M. Rexrode

Born Mary M. Messina on August 30, 1936 in Italy to the late Francesco Messina and Pauline DiMattia Liquesatto.  Mrs. Rexrode had lived in Glen Burnie for the past 59 years. She had worked as an Operator for Lever Brothers for many years. Mary enjoyed crocheting, flowers, shopping, cooking and treasured time spent with her family.  She is described by her family as being a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rexrode is preceded in death by her stepfather Joseph Liquesatto and her beloved husband of 62 years George W. "Rex" Rexrode who passed away in 2015. She is survived by her children Deborah L. Jackson of Severn, Daryell M. and David B. Rexrode, both of Glen Burnie, brothers Joseph Messina of College Park and John Liquesatto of Westminster, sisters Gina Smith of Virginia and Rita Hooper of Florida. She is also survived by cherished grandchildren Jeremy Reed, Fallon LaGare and Jessica Rexrode and great-grandchildren Jack and Brett Reed, Caroline and Elise LaGare. She passed away peacefully at Harbor Hospital Center after being in declining health for some time and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
