On the 22nd of August, Mary Margaret Wedemeyer passed away peacefully due to natural causes at the Morningside House of Friendship in Hanover, MD. She was 88 years old.

Mary Marg, daughter of Bernard and Helen Tyler was born and raised in South Baltimore. It was here she met and married the love of her life, Norman Wedemeyer. Mary Marg and Norman moved to Pasadena, Maryland in 1966 where they raised their family. In addition to being a homemaker and mother of six children, Mary Marg was employed with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department’s Fire Marshal Office as a secretary. She was also a volunteer with Camp Sunrise, working at retreats for children with terminal cancer. After retirement, the couple moved to Zephyr Hills, Florida where they enjoyed playing golf, bingo, and soaking up the sunshine.

Mary Marg is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Helen Tyler, her beloved husband Norman Wedemeyer and favorite sister Bernice Taylor. She is survived by her three daughters Michele Sims, Sharon Jimmo, Terry Swindle; three sons, Michael, Brian, and Karl Wedemeyer; eleven grandchildren; many great- grandchildren; and a dear cousin Delores McGee.

Services and Interment will be private.
