Maryrose F. Lacuesta was born in Laoag, Philippines on Sunday, August 14, 1949 to Saturnino and Lucienne (Gillet) Foronda. Maryrose came here to the United States in 1970 and married Romeo Lacuesta two years later. She enjoyed food, music, shopping, going to the theater, and spending time with her family and cats. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.

Maryrose is preceded by her parents, Saturnino Foronda and Lucienne (Gillet) Foronda; and her husband of 47 years, Romeo Lacuesta. She is survived by her daughters, Theresa Lacuesta (David Hines) of Arnold, Christine Lacuesta (Michael Malvey) of Philadelphia, PA; siblings, Yolanda Kuperman of Pinellas Park, FL, Beatriz Miranda of Pasadena, FL, Saturnino Foronda, Jr. (Eleonora) of Upper Marlboro, Francis Foronda (Leticia) of Largo, FL and Paul Foronda (Sandy Wood) of Evansville, IN; and grandmother of Noah Malvey.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on December 2, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Viewing will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Landover Hills, Friday, December 3, 2021, 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will begin immediately following the viewing, 11:00am. Interment private.
