Mavis Jean Harvey

Mavis Jean Harvey was born in Bowie, Maryland on Friday, February 27, 1942 to James Ranklin and Virginia Evelyn (Hoke) Kemper. Mavis has been a Glen Burnie resident on Saunders Way since 1961. Jean was loved by her family and she loved them. She was the family caretaker. Jean lived for her family and was always doing for them. When she was not caring for them, she would do some yard work, ceramics and crocheting. She will be missed greatly by her friends and especially her family.

Jean is preceded by her parents; and her husband, Kenneth Boyd Harvey. She is survived by her children, Tracey Harvey (Karin), Tammy DeMarsh (David) and Sandy Day; her grandchildren, Kenny Harvey, Robert Harvey, Danielle Day, Heather Day, Rachel Day, Lauren DeMarsh and Tyler DeMarsh; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Miliegh, Christine, Kenny, Jr., Dustin, Bella, Kolten, Zachary, Tanner and Avery.
