Suddenly on August 1, 2023, Megan Leigh Spicknall, 31, Glen Burnie resident, died in an automobile accident. Megan was born on Sunday, August 11, 1991, in Baltimore, Maryland to John William and Michele Lee (Daffron) Spicknall, Sr. Megan went to Old Mill High School and was a cancer survivor at age 17. She loved eating candy, cake and ice cream; anything sweet, it always brought a smile to her face. She struggled throughout her early adult years with her demons, but she always had a love for her family and spending time with them, nothing could keep her from them. Megan also surrounded herself with a good group of friends that supported her, while she supported them. She was always so giving and helpful to everyone; she will be greatly missed by so many.
Megan is preceded by her mother, Michele Lee (Daffron) Spicknall; her husband, Matthew E. Sacilowski; her grandparents, Richard and Freda Daffron and Margaret and Gary Clauss. She is survived by her father, John William Spicknall, Sr.; her stepmother, Chris Spicknall; her significant other, Jason Anderson; her two boys, Matthew Sacilowski and Jaxon Spicknall; and her siblings, John William Spicknall, Jr., Brittany Peeples, Ryan Peeples and Cody Peeples and her 3 nieces and 4 nephews whom she adored.
Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Monday, August 7, 2023, 3pm - 7pm. Funeral service to follow immediately at 7pm. Interment private.
