Michael L. Stramella

On June 14, 2009, Michael L. Stramella passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center at the age of 80.  Born in Elwood City, PA, on October 25, 1928, Mike lived in Glen Burnie for 53 years.  Beloved husband of 56 years to Mary C. Stramella (nee Canfora); Devoted father of Michael F. Stramella of Glen Burnie, Anthony A. Stramella of Hanover and Paul J. Stramella of Arnold; Cherished grandfather of six and great-grandfather of two.  He was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Mike proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.  A graduate of Johns Hopkins, he worked as an analyst for the Department of Defense until he retired after 37 years.  He was a member of the Elks and an avid golfer.
