Michael F. Whitesides, Jr.

Mr. Michael "Mike" F. Whitesides, Jr. was born in Baltimore, MD on December 15, 1976 to Mr. Michael F. Whitesides, Sr. and Mrs. Jean (Holsey) Blizzard. Mr. Mike Whitesides, Jr. was a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County. Mike, Jr. owned his own business, MW construction for 15 years. In his free time, Mike enjoyed going four wheeling, riding dirt bikes and bicycles, and crabbing. He also enjoyed thinking up inventions, building things and going to the beach. Mike was an adventurous man.
Mike, Jr. passed away suddenly in his home on Saturday, August 11, 2018. In addition to his parents, Mike is survived by his significant other Briannon Bielich, step-son Gavin Swilley, step-mother Connie Whitesides, step-father Ed Blizzard, brothers Wesley and Andrew Whitesides, step-brothers Jacob and James Blizzard, grandparents John and Emily Penner and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews that loved him very much. Mike will be greatly missed by all he leaves behind.
Friends may call on Friday, August 17, 5-8 PM at the family owned Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, 421 Crain Hwy. S.E., Glen Burnie, MD 21061. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, August 18, 10 AM at Lake Shore Baptist Church 4613 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122.
