Beloved mother of James W. Ramper and his wife Michelle of Jessup and Betty J. McCallum of Pasadena. Loving step-mother of James M. Kemp of Glen Burnie. Devoted grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 1. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents William and Edna Coulford (nee Gibbs) and husband, James D. Ramper.
