Nelson Saunders Payne, Jr.
September 10, 1947 — June 5, 2018
Mr. Nelson Saunders Payne, Jr. was born in Norfolk, VA on September 10th, 1947 to Mr. Nelson Saunders Payne, Sr. and Mrs. Mary (Anderson) Payne. Nelson proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was an accounting auditor for the government. After Mr. Payne retired he and his wife Edith Payne moved to Spring Hill, TN. Mr. Payne passed away peacefully at Alive Hospice in Madison, TN. He leaves behind many friends and family who will cherish his memory.
Nelson Payne, Jr. will be laid to rest in Crownsville Maryland Veterans Cemetery on Friday, June 15, 2018.
