Nelta Jean Tayman

Born Nelta Jean Welch on November 13, 1939, in Glenwood, Arkansas to the late Charlie N. and Elsie Coffman Welch, she was a resident of Glen Burnie for over 50 years. She was a homemaker and an active member of Pasadena Assembly of God. In her spare time, Mrs. Tayman enjoyed quilting, scrapbooking and she was an avid letter writer and card sender. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her brother Bobby Welch. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband William H. Tayman, Jr. of Glen Burnie, sons Dennis William Tayman of Anchorage, Alaska and Daniel Ray Tayman of Youngstown, OH, brother Billy Ray Welch, sisters Wilma Phillips, Joyce Corolla, Brenda Musselman and Becky Welch. She is also survived by 5 cherished grandchildren.
Her family will celebrate her life at a memorial service on Sunday, February 20 at 4:00 P.M. at the Pasadena Assembly of God, 206 Pleasant view Ave., Pasadena, MD 21122. Private interment services will be held at Crownsville MD Veterans Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made at donate/familylifetoday.com/weekend to remember and will be appreciated by the family
