Norman Ellsworth Phelps

Norman Ellsworth Phelps passed away March 9, 2017. Norman was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Gambrills Turtle Club. He enjoyed Farming, hunting, fishing, and in recent years knitting hats.

Mr. Phelps is survived by daughter Sheila Morris and her husband Scott of Severn, son Cary Phelps and his wife Marilyn of Severn, sister Claire Hood and husband Albert of Florida, brother William Byron Phelps and his wife Alberta of Severn, grandchildren Jennifer Black and her husband Hal, Ashley Campbell and her husband Doug, great-grandchildren Trey, Hadley, Brigston, Adelaide and Rosalie.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 12, 2017 3-5 and 7-9pm at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 13, 11am at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
