Normand O. Robidoux, 94, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2022, under hospice care. He was born on August 11, 1927 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, to Edmund and Marie (Forcier) Robidoux. Normand left school at age 15 to work, then at age 17, joined the US Navy during WWII. After honoring his country with 21 years of service he retired from the US Navy in 1966 and the family moved to Glen Burnie Park. He worked for the U.S.P.S. until his retirement in 1989.
He loved the summers, celebrating his birthday, eating steamed crabs, and going on vacation to Ocean City, MD. He would walk the neighborhood daily, sometimes twice a day, often with his "granddogs". He was a hard worker and watched the evening news religously. He will be missed by so many.
Norman is preceded by his parents, Edmund and Marie (Forcier) Robidoux and his siblings. He is survived by his wife Jane M. (Bell) Robidoux of Glen Burnie; children, Raymond G. Robidoux (Patricia) of Hanover, David N. Robidoux (Mary) of Glenelg, Karen D. Howard of Glen Burnie, Joy A. Henry (Michael) of Mt. Airy and Donald P.
