Patricia Ann Kiser was born March 26, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Paul R. and Doris Samuel Kiser. She was a resident of Bello Machre for many years. Patricia had a deep love for her parents and her brother Paul. She enjoyed music, a good meal and the many vacations she took with Bello Machre. In addition to her parents she is preceded by her brother Julian Whitaker. Left to cherish her memory are her brother Paul R. Kiser, Sr. and his wife Barbara of Hanover. Miss Kiser passed away peacefully at the Rebecca Fortney Inpatient Care Center of Hospice of the Chesapeake.
