On May 24, 2012, Paul F. Noland passed away at BWMC. He was 91. Devoted husband of 60 years to Nadia N. Noland. Born in Missouri, Paul lived in Severn for 7 years and in Ellicott City prior to that. Paul proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy until he retired from service. He then went to work in communications for the government until retiring again. He enjoyed walking and gambling.
