Penny Ann Sturgill

Penny Ann Sturgill was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 10, 1970, to Bobby D. and Judy A. (Riddle) Sturgill. Penny was a hard worker who loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was always there to help and support her children. She will be greatly missed.

Penny is preceded by her parents, Bobby D. Sturgill and Judy A. (Riddle) Sturgill; her daughters, Kristina Elaine Fincham and Megan Cheyenne Fincham; and her brother, Vincent William Sturgill ( Bubba ). She is survived by her husband, Kevin Wayne Fincham of Baltimore; her daughters, Amanda Marie Fincham of Arbutus and Mikayla Nicole Fincham of Brooklyn; her brother, Robert Lee Sturgill and his wife Ada of Glen Burnie and her sister-in-law, Sally, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather at the KIRKLERY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, March 26th, from 12pm - 3pm. Memorial Service to begin immediately following the gathering, at 3pm. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations for funeral expenses.
